One honest logistics note
If you choose IV sedation or general anesthesia for your surgery day — most traveling full-arch patients do — you’ll need a companion to drive you home. Plan the trip with a spouse, friend, or family member; many make a day of it in Old Town Winchester while you sleep through the hard part.
