Every case below was planned, placed, and restored by Dr. Oestervemb, photographed under the same lighting and angles before and after, and shared with the patient’s written permission.

How a smile gets designed here

Before any case in this gallery existed, it was designed — digitally, deliberately, with the patient looking on. Whether the foundation is natural teeth or implants, the design process is the same craft. Watch it happen:

Results vary with anatomy, health, and home care — which is exactly why every plan here starts with your own 3D scan rather than someone else’s photos. What doesn’t vary: one doctor from first scan to final teeth, an on-site lab shading every crown against your natural teeth in person, and honest candidacy answers before a dollar is spent.
