These terms cover text messages (SMS/MMS) sent by Winchester Dental Implant & Sedation Center, a trade name of Smiles of Virginia Family Dental Center PLLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), 633 Cedar Creek Grade, Winchester, VA 22601.
Program description
When you opt in — by checking the text-message box on one of our website forms, by texting us first, or by giving us verbal consent on the phone — we may text you about your consultation request, appointment confirmations and reminders, answers to your questions, and occasional educational or promotional information about our dental implant and sedation services. Some messages are sent with automated technology. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving care or making any purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your request and appointments. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final confirmation message. You can also opt out by calling (540) 450-2101 or emailing admin@winchesterdentalimplants.com.

Age restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our text-messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided. Texts about a minor’s care are sent only to the parent or legal guardian who opted in.

Mobile phone numbers, text-messaging opt-in data, and consent information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
